Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) is a private, non-profit organization funded by private and public annual membership donations. As such, EDCO is not a department of local or state government, and does not typically receive any financial support from the State of Oregon. The Strategic Plan is both the guiding document for Economic Development for Central Oregon through 2009 as well as a source of information for those who are unfamiliar with the organization. The Strategic Plan provides the organization’s vision, mission and goals, as well as an overview of EDCO’s services.
